There's a particular quality to summer's middle stretch, the days long and full, yet something in us asking to slow down and return to the body. As the Cancer–Capricorn moons pull our attention between home and the wider world, this season's offerings invite you back to what grounds you: breath, presence, and the company of women who understand.
Inside, you'll find a guide to the cardinal moons ahead, and a gentle nervous-system practice from Kath Gleason, as well as some favorites (ideas or experiences) we are loving right now that we want to share with you.
When Women gather, healing happens. We are so glad you are here!

Releasing the Past, Rooting the Self: Two Moons in Cancer and Capricorn
The New moon in Cancer on July 14. Cancer rules the past and so this new moon may allow some releasing of past family Karma or “programming” especially with some intense aspects from Pluto, there is a sense that past family issues can be more easily released and transmuted and new beginnings in self-nurturing, family, self love, and matters of the home and feeling of home, open up for the next six months, in the Cancer house of your chart. It is a great time to conceive if that is your aim.
Nervous System Regulation with Kath Gleason
The best way to work through a wave of discomfort, be it fear, anger, anxiety, sadness, check-out, etc. is to turn towards the discomfort rather than avoid it.
Take a moment to give this uncomfortable experience all of your attention, and full permission to be here. It’s happening for a reason, so just breathe into it and allow the experience. Notice how it feels in your body. Are there any sensations? Is it in a certain part of your body? Can you name the emotion and honor it as valid? Take a few minute to just breathe and stay with it.
Simply create a safe space for this experience to exist and teach yourself and your nervous system that it is safe to feel whatever you feel. This is how to build safety and resilience in the face of uncomfortable experiences. Be well.
