A Little More About Me…

I began my career as a chef, drawn to the way food transforms not just ingredients but how we feel. After 25 years in the culinary world, I kept seeing the same patterns: inflammation, hormone shifts, digestive issues, exhaustion. I wanted to understand why, and that question led me to Functional Nutrition.

Today I help midlife women navigate the real physiology of change: hormones, metabolism, nervous system, and all. My approach blends clinical understanding with an embodied, joyful relationship to food that I spent decades developing in professional kitchens.

I founded the Marin Women's Health Collective because I believe healing happens faster, deeper, and more sustainably when women are supported by a whole community of expertise rather than navigating it alone.
